Key Site #3 - SB Clark

The project consists of applications for a General Plan Amendment, Rezone and Tentative Tract Maps. The 150 acre site is located within the Orcutt Community Plan boundary on the west side of Hwy 101 approximately 1/4 mi. south of Clark Road. The applicant is seeking approval to construct 156 residences ranging from higher density, clustered townhomes on the northerly portion of the site, single family homes on the lower bluff area and Ranchettes south of Orcutt Creek.




Status

February 2010 - County's consultant (Rincon Consultants) is preparing the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR).



Hearings

To be scheduled upon completion of DEIR.
