Key Site #11 - English-Joseph Specific Plan (Mixed-Use Project)

The project proposed is a Specific Plan for a mixed-use development on approximately 4 acres of a 21 acre site. Site is located at the S.E. corner of the Clark Ave. and Orcutt Rd. with approximately 61,500 square feet of commercial/office space on the first floor and approximately 41,200 square feet of residential use (30 apartment units) on the second floor. Most of the parking will be at the basement level of the structures.

Current Status - Staff report and project analysis under preparation.

To be set upon completion of staff report. Hearing expected late summer 2008.
