Rancho San Marcos Golf Course Expansion

    Rancho San Marcos Golf Course proposes to revise its active Conditional Use Permit in order to:
     - construct up to the already allowed building coverage (16, 248 s.f.) by demolishing two structures, abandoning the use of another, and constructing new buildings (see table below)
     - expand the existing food service facilities to include a restaurant
     - remove the current restriction on the sale/use of beer and wine at the golf course
