Better Cooling Agricultural Cooler Addition

A request by Mr. Juan Cisneros of Better Cooling to gain approval for the following:
-	Development Plan for a 37,650 sq ft agricultural cooler facility addition
-	Conditional Use Permit to allow the processing (freezing) of off-site produce
-	Rezone from Unlimited Agriculture (U) under Ordinance 661 to Agriculture II, 40 acres minimum parcel size (AG-II-40) under Article III
