Ellwood Pipeline Inc. (Venoco) Line 96 Modification Project
What's New
Construction of the Line 96 Pipeline Modification Project was completed in January 2012. Testing of the pipeline and leak detection system was completed in early February with operation of the pipeline starting on February 15, 2012. As such, marine barging of oil from the Venoco EMT Facility has come to an end; with the last barge visit completed on February 22, 2012.

The County of Santa Barbara, the Lead CEQA Agency, released the Line 96 Pipeline Modification Project Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) on March 18, 2011.
