Tom Frutchey reviewed the group’s last meeting to refresh our memories of our progress to date. In looking forward to sharing our progress with and to facilitate collaboration with the other steering groups, Tom announced that there will be a steering group co-ordination meeting on Wednesday, February 18, 2004 at Pea Soup Anderson in Buelton with dinner at 5 PM and the meeting to follow at 5:30. It is a chance for the Board of Supervisors to thank everyone for their efforts to date and to address some issues that require coordination among the four Steering Groups. All are warmly encouraged to attend. An agenda will be forthcoming.
Each subgroup will need to provide a written report with work done to date and issues that need to be co-ordinated with other steering groups by January 30th to Anne Coates. Alicia Harrison volunteered to co-ordinate with each sub-group to help organize this information to provide an overview of PIT#2 recommendations/issues.
Tom continued: Each subgroup will focus on issues that need further work, are still unresolved, and how any concerns/issues intersect with other groups’ efforts.
Subgroups then met separately and reported out on their progress. Ag Coordination: Anne Almay, Lanny Stableford, Jeff Thomas, and Andy Caldwell (absent)
Interagency/BAR-related issues: Paul Poirer, Cecilia Brown, Robin Brady, Tish Grady, Mark Manion, Alicia Harrison, Olga Howard

Next meeting date is Monday, Jan 26, 2004 at 8:30-10:30 at Ellen’s Pancake House.
